Office Max Honors Teachers
Donna Harris
Three
Granite School District teachers received an award along
with $1,000 in school supplies on October 6. Officials from
Office Max and the national Adopt-A-Classroom Affiliation
surprised
Donna Harris
at Roosevelt Elementary School. She was among 1,000
selected nationwide who were nominated by their principals
for the A Day Made Better program.
The
classroom gift included a digital camera, printer, swivel
chair and a large box of essential classroom supplies. All
teachers at their schools received coupons for classroom
supplies.
Donna
Harris tackles every challenge with patience and a big
smile. She spends countless hours on Roosevelt’s science
fair and is described as gracious and never demanding.
